60 minutes of Somatic Experiencing work. We will be feeling into, dialoging with, and resourcing, your body and its powerful nervous system. You might choose to sit in a chair, lay on the bodywork table, or find another position or set of movements that fit best for you, on any given day. You might choose to receive supportive, therapeutic touch.
