Somatic Experiencing intro package (5 sessions, 60 minutes each)

You will receive five Somatic Experiencing sessions. We will be feeling into, dialoguing with, and resourcing, your body and its powerful nervous system. You might choose to sit in a chair, lay on the bodywork table, or find another position or set of movements that fit best for you, on any given day. You might choose to receive supportive, therapeutic touch. Or a simple therapeutic presence might be just the right level of support. $450 (Sales tax will be added to the listed price, unless you have a referral on file and use your referral discount code.)
